Toots and the Upside Down House was a planned 1996 film based on the book of the same name by Carol Hughes. The film was going to be made by Walt Disney Pictures and Skellington Productions, Tim Burton was going to produce. Henry Selick was attached to direct.
A young girl creates a fantasy world and the world has goblins, sprites and an evil Jack Frost.
Why It Was Cancelled
