A satirical adaptation of the Brothers Grimm fairy tale, The Frog Prince. It was developed by Eric Goldberg and his wife, Sue, and it was pitched to then-Feature Animation president Thomas Schumacher.

Why It Was Cancelled

  • Thomas Schumacher rejected it feeling a satirical animated feature would not be popular with audiences.

Result

  • 8 years later, the film became The Princess and the Frog.
