Bone (Nickelodeon Movies and Paramount Pictures film)

From Cancelled Movies Wiki
(Redirected from Bone)

In the late 1990s, a movie based on the Bone Comics was in production by Nickelodeon Movies and Paramount Pictures, Jeff Smith said in a 2003 interview that Nickelodeon had insisted on having the Bone cousins be voiced by child actors and stated that the film's soundtrack should have pop songs that had tones similar to ones by N'Sync. Smith refused to insert pop songs in the middle of The Lord of the Rings or The Empire Strikes Back. He also refused to add the pop music in Bone.

Plot

Unknown.

Why It Was Cancelled

  1. Jeff Smith did not like what Nickelodeon was doing with the movie. He felt that child actors for the Bone cousins were miscast and adding in pop songs would not fit the tone nor narrative of Bone.

Results
